Returns & Exchanges

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and original box/packaging.
All returns and exchanges must include the original packaging and all components.
A proof of purchase (such as your order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
– Items that have been used, washed, or damaged due to customer handling
– Return requests made more than 7 days after delivery
– Items excluded for hygiene reasons (noted on product pages)

– Pre-order items, as they are custom-reserved and not eligible for return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider.
